We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. We may cancel an order after it has been placed, for example due to suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or pricing errors, and in that case you will be refunded in full. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transaction and contact you if needed.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carriers, customs, weather, or high-demand periods such as the holidays. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided, so please make sure your shipping details are correct.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Product use and safety
Our lights are electrical products. Use them only as described in the instructions provided with your order, only with the power adapter included, and keep the adapter and electrical connections sheltered from water and moisture. Do not use damaged cables or leave the lights unattended in conditions that could create a hazard. Keep small parts and cables out of the reach of young children. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or by ignoring the instructions.
9. Optional tools and third-party services
We may provide access to third-party tools or apps that we do not monitor or control, including the mobile app used to control the lights. These are provided "as is" and "as available," and we are not liable for their performance. Their use is subject to the terms of the relevant third party. Links on our site may lead to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

If you send us comments, suggestions, or other content, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute it without restriction and without compensation. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us and replace any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms apply from the moment you use the site. We may end your access to the site at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Navilux is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your place of residence.
